The Benefit of Happy Hobby

Recently I had a good chat to a fellow hobbyist that stayed with me. He told me all about his life and career choices. From the outside in he is happy, friendly and a genuinely nice person.

Interestingly he confessed he is only all of these things due to his hobby and the positive impact it has on him mentally, physically and socially.

When I think about this, the same can be said for myself.

My closest friends have been found through a shared love of hobby, our local community that we are building is all down to the hobby. The time I value to decompress from the stress of life is always with a brush in hand, battlefield to conquer or a lore update to read.

The benefits of this Happy Hobby are tangible ones and something I am eternally grateful to have impacting my life.
